UAE Legal Assist Ltd manages legal matters in the United Arab Emirates for individuals, families and businesses who are based somewhere else.

Our clients come to us in one of a few situations. Money is owed to them in the UAE and the cheques bounced. A relative has died leaving property or company shares in Dubai and the heirs are in London. A judgment was won years ago and never collected. In every case the legal position is often strong — what is missing is someone on the ground who will actually drive it.

That is what we do. We assess the matter honestly, instruct a licensed UAE advocate suited to it, prepare and file everything, manage the timeline across whichever emirate the case sits in, and report to you in writing without being chased. Our founder has spent over ten years doing exactly this work inside UAE law firms.

Legal representation is provided by licensed UAE advocates instructed on your behalf, who remain the advocate of record on your file. We are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and do not provide legal services in the United Kingdom.
