Who we are
You will know exactly who is handling your case.
Most legal websites never name a single person. That is the first thing we decided to do differently.
Mohamed Haseeb
Founder & Case Manager
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
I have spent more than ten years managing legal files inside UAE law firms — four of them. In that time I have handled cheque claims and payment orders, estates for both Muslim and non-Muslim families, judgment enforcement and execution files, and a wide range of civil and commercial disputes.
My background is not conventional. I came into this work from a computer science degree, which is why case management here is built like a system rather than a filing cabinet: every deadline tracked, every document accounted for, every client update scheduled rather than requested.
What I saw repeatedly was clients abroad — in London, in Europe, in India — who had a strong legal position and no way to act on it. They would instruct a firm, pay a retainer, and then hear nothing for months. Not because anyone was dishonest, but because nobody had ownership of the file and nobody spoke their language, in every sense of the phrase.
UAE Legal Assist exists to be that owner. When you instruct us, I assess your matter personally, and I remain on it from the first call to the day the money is recovered.
How we are structured
The company. UAE Legal Assist Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 16624747, incorporated 4 August 2025. Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. Contracting through a UK entity gives clients in the UK and Europe a familiar jurisdiction for their engagement terms and payments.
What we do. We provide case assessment, case management and legal support services. We evaluate your matter, prepare and translate documents, arrange powers of attorney and attestation, file with the correct court, manage the timeline and report to you.
What we do not do. We are not a law firm and we do not appear before the courts. Court representation is carried out by licensed UAE advocates instructed on your behalf, who remain the advocate of record on your file. We are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and we do not provide legal services in the United Kingdom.
How we are paid. We charge for case assessment and case management. Court fees, expert fees and advocate fees are set out separately. You receive a written breakdown of every category before any work begins.
